dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted because the researcher saw the phenomenon that many final year students and also alumni from Ciputra University who did not take the guild family business continued with the family business. Researchers used six variables which are thought to be factors that reflect the interest in continuing the family business among students and alumni of non-guild family business. The variable variables are extended family, parenting style, responsibility, commitment, peers and competence. This research was conducted quantitatively, namely by factor analysis. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires to 97 respondents who fit the criteria. The results of this study are of the six variables used, Peer variable does not reflect as an appropriate factor in this study. While the remaining variables, namely responsibility, commitment, parenting style, competence and extended family are factors that reflect the interest in continuing the family business among students and alumni of non-guild family business. | en_US |
