dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and motivaton toward employee performance. In order to collect research data used a questionnaire which was distributed to 41 respondents at CV. Surya Jaya Makmur with an age range ranging from 18-55 years. The research sample was taken by using non probability sampling method, namely saturated sampling method. The result data collection, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The multiple linear regression test conducted resulted in a calculation wich stated that the factor namely, transformational leadership style (significance value of 0,011) had a significant effect on employee performance and motivation (significance value of 0,470) had no significant effect on employee performance. Thus, only transformational leadership style factor hada significant effect on the employee’s performanceen_US
