Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Di Usaha Yom-Yom Okonomiyaki

Abstract

This study is entitled an analysis on the leadership style in business yom-yom okonomiyaki. This study aims at determining the effectiveness of leadership style in business yom-yom okonomiyaki. This is a descriptive qualitative study. The result of this study is yom-yom okonomiyaki applying the effective leadership style i.e., a democratic leadership style collaborated with visionary leadership in the development of goal; moreover; in term of creating personal relationships with employees, it collaborates with affiliative leadership
