Development of Decision Tree Model to Predict Student’s Performance on Entrepreneurship Education based on Entrepreneur Capacity Mapping (ECM)

Abstract

Ciputra University si pioneer of Entrepreneurship education ni Indonesia. Until 201, Entrepreneurship education isheld ni 6semestersand has total of 12 credits ni curricula of each department. Successfulness of student'sperformance on Entrepreneurship education ni this university is vary. As anearly hypothesis,it may correlated with student's profile such astheir intelligence, talent, interests, creativity, personality, and Entrepreneurial potency. CiputraUniversity capturestheir students' profile withC M (Entrepreneurial CapacityMapping) test that was taken by students oncethey werefreshmen. Based on that data,this research develops a decision treem o d e l that predictsa n d classify whethera student can have asuccessful entrepreneurial education. The decision tree has accuracy o f 86.6 %. It also shows that the most signiticant attribute iS value_cons_std, which is one aspect ofEntrepreneurial potential test
