dc.description.abstractA leader can carry out Servant Leadership with a genuine passion to be at the forefront of service. Leading by example is also an important factor in the success of the Servant Leadership model. The objective of the study was to explore the psychological empowerment and servant leadership gap in the literature. This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to answer questions such as what is the empirical description of Servant Leadership antecedents for organizational working environment. This study obtained 41 articles with a search distribution with the synthesis of Academy Management with the keyword Servant Leadership. This article described Servant Leadership with the findings of three antecedents as Servant Leadership, Creativity Leadership, and Psychological Empowerment. The findings of the current study concluded servant leadership is a possible way for employees to find meaning in serving, and a sense of pride to have been part of the organization where they work, which is to work to achieve the overall vision and mission of an organization. So that makes employees a sense of enthusiasm and have effective relationships in their work and the ability to handle the demands of their work.en_US
