This research has four objectives. First, how financial attitudes mediate financial literacy so that it affects the effectiveness of QRIS use. Second, how financial behavior mediates financial literacy so that it affects the effectiveness of QRIS use. Third, how financial and financial behavior mediate financial literacy so that they affect the effectiveness of QRIS use. Fourth, how financial literacy affects the effectiveness of QRIS use moderated by Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research data analysis technique uses Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). Determination of the sample in this study uses purposive sampling. In which the sample criteria are MSME owners who use QRIS in micro businesses in 4 (four) cities in Indonesia. Respondents were 204 MSME owners who use QRIS from Medan, Bali, Makassar, and Bali. The results of this study are four. First, financial attitudes cannot mediate financial literacy in influencing the effectiveness of using QRIS for MSME owners. Second, financial behavior is able to mediate financial literacy affecting the effectiveness of QRIS use. Third, financial literacy and financial behavior affect the effectiveness of QRIS use but financial attitudes have no effect. Fourth, financial literacy has a positive effect on the effectiveness of QRIS use but TAM has no impact on moderating financial literacy on the effectiveness of QRIS use for MSME owners in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important for local and central governments to conduct socialization related to financial literacy and technological literacy for micro and small business owners in Indonesia.en_US
