The people of Blitar are very proud as the Aryo Blitar’s heirs, Soeprijadi’s heirs, and Soekarno’s heirs, who are nationalistic - patriotic. Blitar City Government is aware of this by preserving and encouraging the spirit. It will be used as a capital for the future development. The role of youth is important, not only because the current majority of Indonesia’s population is young, but the youth is the one who will continue the ideals of the nation’s struggle. Second, the continuity of the nation’s history and culture, the style and color of a nation’s future will be largely determined by the direction of preparation or guidance and development of the young generation at this time. However, the younger generations needs to adjust themselves to the upcoming situation. One key to dealing with this is collaborating with each other. Co-working can be used as a platform for collaboration because Co-working (collaborative working) is a new working style that involves a shared work environment, hence to generate more new opportunities. The open environment could indirectly disseminate information among the users, Therefore, any information can be obtained better. By creating a comfortable and attractive co-working design can support productivity in the world of work and business in the community, especially the younger generation in the City of Blitar.en_US
