The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of financial performance indicators such as Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Total Debt to Asset Ratio (TDAR) on Earnings Per Share (EPS). The population of this study consists of property sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2018-2021. The study yielded 42 companies for the years 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021, resulting in a total of 168 data points for property sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study is divided into two periods: pre-Covid-19 pandemic (2018-2019) and Covid-19 pandemic period (2020-2021). After handling outliers, the research sample consists of 44 property company samples before the occurrence of Covid-19 and 27 property sector company samples during the Covid-19 pandemic period that are listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study indicate that financial performance, which consists of Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Total Debt to Asset Ratio (TDAR), should show significant values >0.05, indicating that the research has an impact. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the pre-pandemic financial performance mechanisms, including Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Total Debt to Asset Ratio (TDAR), have an effect on Earning Per Share (EPS). However, during the pandemic, the financial performance of companies that had an impact was limited to Net Profit Margin (NPM).en_US
