Evaluasi Value Proposition Perusahaan Conresca
Abstract
Conresca is a company which runs in property industry, and has been established since February 2013. Recently, Conresca’s Value Proposition is to provide modified container building to fulfill the needs of Indonesian people. After a few years operational, in fact there are a lot of modifed container products that cannot be sold successfully. Therefore, in this research, there will be done an evaluation towards Conresta’s value proposition by doing profiling customer to Conresca’s consumers in order to find out the needs, problems and expectations of the consumers. The research is done by qualitative with semi-sctructured interview method. The informants of this research are Conresca’s consumers so that the researcher can do the customer profilling, Conresta internal company in order to find out the perspective of value proposition which has been run, and the owner of the same type company in order to find out the things which have been applied at Conresta company. Based on the customer profiling that has been done, consumer needs are using container as alternative of fulfilling property needs. The consumers’ problems are difficulties in doing design and limited product knowledge. The consumers’ expectations are by having full service from the beginning until the end and after sales like periodic improvement. Conresta company can consider by using checklist to find out the level of customer satisfaction and things that need to be evaluated, Conresta can also do product knowledge investment through online from instagram and does not wait consumers who chase Conresca, but internal Conresta has to be more active to follow up every certain time period.
