Pemediasian Internalisasi Terhadap Hubungan Entrepreneurial Action & Individual Performance Pada Generasi Penerus Perusahaan Keluarga di Surabaya

Abstract

Successor of a family company has a diverse dynamics. In order to keep and maintain the viability of the family business enterprise, the need for synergy between the founding generation or generation precursor to future generations. Various studies in the field of family business has a lot to do. This study will examine the effect of entrepreneurial action in the performance of the next generation with a sample class students who joined the Family Business Community. The role of entrepreneurship education in preparing the next generation in the family business has a higher contribution. This is evident in the performance through the competence of the next generation by involving themselves in the process of managing his family's business. Other factors that can support the next generation of character formation is to make the generation predecessor as a mentor. Entrepreneurship Education made possible through the process of internalization of the leaning process that occurs. According Naffziger (1994) in Bernardus (2013) states that Entrepreneurial Action can have a major influence on the performance of the Organization. In the context of the family business and entrepreneurial education at the University of Ciputra both these variables need to be tested and made possible the research will contribute to the family business. This study uses a hierarchical regression analysis, and using the concept of Baron and Kenny (1986) to test the stages of the mediation process.
