Goal Setting: A Proposed Strategy to Enhance Learners' Entrepreneurial Projects

Abstract

Currently, Entrepreneurship has begun to grow and affect many people in Indonesia, especially for learners. Many entrepreneurial projects created by the learners to prove their ideas from nothing to something. The purpose of this paper is to elaborate on the learners’ projects ideas on goal setting. It leads the learners to state their empathy, ideation ability, a clear target, and proof of achievement. There are thirty-nine 3rd semester learners in a class of Entrepreneurship 3 Subject (E3). First time meeting, they seemed confused, unclear, and unfocused with the business models they have made previous semester. That statement provides the overview of proposing a strategy by stating a strong and right goal setting to affect the growth of their projects and clarifies the importance of a better learners’ learning of Entrepreneurship.
