Indonesia is considered as one of the countries of 10 Big Emerging Markets (BEM) economies. There are numerous sectors that are developing in the past years. Manufacture is the biggest contributor to Indonesia’s GDP. With the economy showing steady growth, as well as the average household income, people’s consumption patterns are shifting. It results in the rise of garbage volume, type, and characteristics. There is a popular non-governmental movement called Waste Bank that operates across the nation. East Java has the highest number of Waste Bank among all of Indonesia provinces but there has been minimum to no attempt to digitalize the movement. Therefore, an application called Payoo is created. Payoo aims to help its users to sort waste correctly and to connect users with each respective sorted garbage collector. It is hoped that this app could be one of the solutions to reduce the amount of waste being dumped in the landfill. The research was done to examine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward technology on behavioral intention to use Payoo application. Entrepreneurship facilitator team at Universitas Ciputra is chosen as the research population with a sample size of 62. The data obtained is later analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The result of multiple regression analysis points out that all three variables have positive relationship toward behavioral intention to use Payoo application, although it was found that only attitude toward technology that shows significant effect. The result of this research can be used as a reference for further research and is hoped to add new insight for other mobile app developer teamsen_US
