The background of this research is based on the global phenomenon of high youth unemployment that has been a global issue in the past few years. The governments of countries all around the world are trying to encourage their youth to open their own start-up business. However, the start-up created is still not enough; the number of youth unemployment is still high. In order to get a deeper understanding about this phenomenon this research is aimed to look for the variables affecting the youth entrepreneurial intention. This research is conducted to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, risk taking, and need for achievement toward the entrepreneurial intention of students in Universitas Ciputra. The data for this study was collected from 80 questionnaire respondents of International Business Management International Class students from the 2019 batch of Universitas Ciputra. Majority of the respondents have little to zero experience in opening their own business, so they are the perfect respondents to be researched regarding their entrepreneurial intention. The 5-point Likert-scale questionnaires are distributed offline in two different classes. The data is then processed using the IBM SPSS 22. The data collected is analyzed and tested for their validity and reliability with Pearson correlation and Cronbach alpha. The data also go through other analysis and tests with multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test, simultaneously significance test, partial significant test, coefficient of correlation and coefficient of determination test result. The result of partial significance test shows that self-efficacy, risk taking, and need for achievement are shown to have influence toward the entrepreneurial intentions of students in Universitas Ciputra individually. While the simultaneous significance test shows that all three independent variables are positively influenceing the dependent variable.en_US
