THE INFLUENCE OF EMPLOYEE WELLNESS, EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT, AND LEADERSHIP TOWARD KNOWLEDGE WORK PRODUCTIVITY IN FAIRFIELD BY MARRIOTT HOTEL SURABAYA
Abstract
The hospitality industry in Indonesia is rapidly growing each year since there are lots of tourists coming from other countries and as well as local tourists. Fairfield by Marriott Hotel Surabaya is one of the newer hotels which are established in 2016. This hotel has more or less 80 employees in order to operate optimally. The researcher uses three variables that the employees in Fairfield Hotel Surabaya assume important these are Employee Wellness, Employee Engagement, and Leadership. The purpose of this research is to find out whether those variables influence employees’ knowledge work productivity in Fairfield by Marriott Hotel Surabaya. The number of samples that will be taken from 80 employees as population is 66. The researcher collected the primary data by giving questionnaire to 66 employees who work in Fairfield by Marriott Hotel Surabaya, the samples is selected with Sample Random Sampling method and processed using SPSS 22. Multiple Regression Analysis is used to analyze the data. The result of this study is Employee Wellness and Employee Engagement do not influence Knowledge Work Productivity. However, Leadership influences Knowledge Work Productivity.
