| dc.description.abstract | The background of this research is based on the author’s internship experience in the Human Resources Department of PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk. The author experienced 3 months of internship and identified that PT Pakuwon Jati employee performance fluctuates based on the performance appraisal data. As the management attempts to change this situation, the researcher is aimed to look for the factors affecting employee performance in PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk.
This research is conducted to find the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment towards employee performance in PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk. The research data for this study was collected from 80 questionnaire respondents from PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk employee that works at Head Office. The respondents selected for this research are employees that have a minimum of 2 years working experience. The 5-point Likert-scale questionnaires are distributed online using google forms.
The data is processed using the IBM SPSS 26. The data collected is going through several tests, such validity and reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, coefficient of correlation, and coefficient of determination, simultaneously significance test, and partial significance test. The result shows that transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect towards employee performance in PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk | en_US |
