This research is conducted to analyze the effect of education support on entrepreneurial intention and self-efficacy, the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention, and the role of self-efficacy as mediator in relationship between education support and entrepreneurial intention to the next generation of family business. Questionnaires are distributed to 87 respondents who are students from Family Business Guild in Ciputra University batch VII with the age of 19 to 25 years old, using saturated sampling method. Data analysis method used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM PLS) with the help of the smartPLS 3.0 program. The results show that education support has a positive relationship and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention and self-efficacy of the students. Self-efficacy has a positive relationship and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention of the students. Self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between education support and entrepreneurial intention of the students. Based on the post-graduation plan, it shows the entrepreneurial interest of students who chose to continue their family business are 53 respondents (60.9%), while 11 respondents chose to start a new business (12.6%) and the rest have other plans
