| dc.description | The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of location on the decision to rent, and to analyze the influence of facilities on the decision to rent of Ciputra University students at Ciputra University apartments. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The sample used was 97 University Students. The method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing online questionnaires and g-forms as a platform that used a Likert scale. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the location has a significant influence on the decision to rent, and the facility has a significant influence on the decision to rent. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh lokasi terhadap keputusan menyewa, dan menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas terhadap keputusan menyewa mahasiswa Universitas Ciputra di apartemen Universitas Ciputra. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 97 Mahasiswa Universitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner online dan g-form sebagai platformnya yang menggunakan skala Likert.
