| dc.description | Planning a new venture always needs various aspects in meeting the feasibility
study. In this feasibility study, Ice Cream House is very concerned with its vision
and mission. Then, based on them, Ice Cream House come up with the company
logo or company name, benefits, goals and location. In this feasibility study, Ice
Cream House is reviewing some aspect from the technical feasibility, operational
feasibility and economic feasibility. The operational feasibility covers the labor’s
job division, production proccess to the final product offered to the customers.
Next, the economic feasibility consists of the initial investment costs, expenses,
profit / loss statement, balance sheet, the payback period calculation and net
present value calculation.
The main goal of this feasibility study is to determine whether the business is
feasible to be implemented. As a result, Ice cream House will have a clear
direnction and goals in accordance with the company vision and mission. Final
calculation of net present value with a positive result determines that this
feasibility study of Ice cream House is eligible to run. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Merencanakan suatu usaha baru sangat memerlukan banyak aspek dalam
memenuhi studi kelayakan. Dalam studi kelayakan ini Ice cream House sangat
mementingkan visi dan misi, sehingga dari visi dan misi tersebut muncul logo
atau nama perusahaan, manfaat, tujuan , dan lokasi.
Dalam studi kelayakan ini Ice cream House meninjau dari kelayakan teknis,
kelayakan operasional, kelayakan ekonomi. Kelayakan operasional merangkap
dari pembagian tugas kerja, pembuatan produk hingga sampai ke tangan
konsumen. Kelayakan ekonomi terdiri atas biaya investasi awal, biaya
pengeluaran, laporan rugi laba, laporan neraca, perhitungan payback period serta
perhitungan net present value
Dalam studi kelayakan ini untuk mengetahui apakah bisnis ini layak atau tidak
untuk dilaksanakan. Sehingga tujuan dari bisnis ini mempunya arah dan tujuan
yang jelas sesuai dengan visi dan misi tersebut. Perhitungan akhir net present
value dengan hasil positif, maka studi kelayakan Ice cream House dinyatakan
