dc.description.abstractAnalysis Product Innovation Management in Small Restaurant Es Soempit toward the Customer Loyalty This thesis is written to fulfill the academic requirement to get the Bachelor degree of economic in Tourism and Hotel Management Ciputra University. This thesis will discuss about product innovation is small restaurant Es Soempit towards customer loyalty. Es Soempit restaurant is an only small restaurant that sells only a few kinds of food and beverage menus. This restaurant sells two kinds of food and beverage only, just one kind of food and one kind of beverage. Although Es Soempit restaurant only sells two kinds of food and beverage, there are many customers who like and being addicted with the products. According to those facts, the writer is attracted to analysis the reason why this restaurant can survive and also gets many customers with only two kinds of food and beverage menus. The writer will analyse whether the product innovation in the restaurant is very influential on getting many customer loyaltyen_US
