    Abstract
    “COMPARISON THE SERVICE SEQUENCES AT CHINESE FINE DINING RESTAURANT IN JADE IMPERIAL AND GOLDEN RAMA” “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of Knowledge” (Proverb 1:7) The several of segment concentration, all the restaurant (mostly the fine dining restaurant) realize that the sequence of service may focused and not forgotten to give the fascination to the various customer. Service sequence design is created an image of restaurant which is shown the quality of whole branding. In this research, a Chinese fine dining restaurant is on the way to maintain and fulfill a customer’s various needs. Because the growing of customer’s dining out trends, the quality of service are must be more focused also. Knowing the service sequence to customer satisfaction is fundamental for restaurant company owner, managers, and also the entire service personnel. It is also focused on having the improvement for the service sequence ways to giving more satisfaction to the customers, purposely for making them as a loyal customer in these restaurants. A research was used to analyzed the effectiveness of service which given by Jade Imperial Fine Dining Restaurant and Golden Rama Suki & Chinese Cuisine Surabaya. The result uses the analyses of service sequence checklist, interview, and direct observation as qualitative research. At least, the writer could draw conclusion and make some recommendation and advice in advance to increase the quality of service
