| dc.description.abstract | This research has a purpose to identify The Macarons resources that can
generate core competences in order to achieve sustainable competitive advatage.
This research uses facilitators, customers, supplier, and stakeholders as samples.
Sample selection is performed based on sample mean calculation with criteria for
each category. Based on those criteria there are nine people which have been
fulfilling the condition needed and interviewed. This research show that The
Macarons have thirteen resource that have the potential to generate core
competence at the moment. Five out of thirteen resources have fulfilled the
condition needed to be classified as a
core competence, which are: entrepreneur
characteristic, experienced manager, secret recipe and technique, excellent
reputation, and good stakeholder relationship. These five resources are the current
central of strategy and competitiveness of The Macarons. | en_US |
