dc.description.abstractThis research study is entitled “Designing Strategy for We Do Using Porter’s Five Forces and SWOT Analysis”. This research is a qualitative study, aims to design strategies for We Do Corporate Event Planner using porter’s five forces and SWOT analysis. In conducting this research, the researcher used We Do Corporate Event Planner as the object, meanwhile the subjects were We Do’s members, suppliers, competitors, and customers. From this study researcher found out that We Do is in SO quadrant and suggested to use the growth-oriented strategy. In designing strategy for We Do researcher chooses market penetration as one of the aggressive strategeis.en_US
