| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between the leader’s strategic entrepreneurial capability, support for innovation, and innovative work behavior, including collectivism as a moderating variable. The unit of analysis was 100 informal restaurants, each represented by a restaurant manager. After conducting an analysis using SEM-PLS, we found positive relationships among the three constructs. Collectivism was also revealed to strengthen the relationship between the strategic leader’s entrepreneurial capability and innovative work behavior. | en_US |
