Optimalisasi Aset Teknologi Dalam Implementasi E-HRM Untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Karyawan
Abstract
This study aims to examine the role of e-HRM (electronic Human Resources Management) in
increasing employee productivity in higher education moderated by technology assets. Adaptive
structuration theory (AST) was used to understand the role of e-HRM in increasing employee
productivity and how technology assets optimize the function of e-HRM where social factors and
technological characteristics interact to influence group outcomes. The AST argues that
technology provides a social structure to engage employees in social interactions that enable and
limit human action within the company. This research is a survey type with a quantitative
approach using a questionnaire distributed to 33 line managers. The research hypotheses were
tested by simple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The analysis results
show that e-HRM has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, and technology
assets strengthen the effect of e-HRM on employee productivity at XYZ. University, which means
that when an organization wants to implement e-HRM, optimizing technology assets is an
essential factor in increasing employee productivity.
