Abstract
Tourist attraction batik in Pekalongan is quiet potential especially Pekalongan Batik Museum. Nevertheless, there is some problem that Pekalongan Batik Museum have, so Pekalongan Batik Musuem isn’t give much maximum potential to tourism development in Pekalongan.
The purpose of this research is to find the right strategy to improve the potential of Pekalongan Batik Museum as a attractive tourism object in Pekalongan. Technique that used in this study is Triangulasi. The right solution to gain much potential of Pekalongan Batik Museum are fix the facilities and improve the only attraction that can be found in Pekalongan Batik Museum.
