Corporate entrepreneurship has been proven to increase the sustainability of family companies. Oneof the factors that influences corporate entrepreneurship in family businesses is a high willingness to changeaccompanied by supportive family values. In addition, there is an impact arising from the difference in thenumber of generations involved in the family company, which makes it the control variable in this study. Thisresearch study uses a quantitative approach, where the data obtained from the survey through a Google Formwill be evaluated statistically using the SmartPLS 4th edition software. Researchers have taken a total of 190samples from a population of 324 members of the University of Ciputra Family Business Community Indonesiaas research subjects, using a purposive sampling method. The findings from this study indicate that there is apositive and significant direct relationship between the willingness to change (X) and corporateentrepreneurship in family business (Y) with only one to two generations involved in it, as well as themoderation that occurs due to family values (X) in the relationship between the variables in family business withone and more than two generations
