The objective of this report is to know th e role of passion and high ethical standard character s which are applied by the author while developing Udifer business. The indicator in this report is passion and high ethica l standard. This report uses historical data which source are prima r y and second ary data. Those sources refer to the internal data of Udifer company, such as fina ncial statement, meeting notes , important company documents , and documentation . The final result of this report shows that passion and high ethical standard character s have a n important role in the development of Udifer business. | dc.description.abstract | Perkembangan industri fesyen di Indonesia semakin cepat. Hal ini berdampak pada persaingan di bisnis ini semakin ketat. Tujuan dari pelaporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan karakter entrepreneur passion dan h igh ethical standard yang dilakukan pelapor terhadap perkembangan bisnis Udifer. Indikator yang digunakan dalam pelaporan ini adalah passion dan high ethical standard. Pelaporan ini menggunakan data historis yang bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder. S umber tersebut mengacu pada data internal perusahaan Udifer seperti laporan keuangan, notulen rapat, berkas penting perusahaan, dan dokumentasi perusahaan Udifer.
