| dc.description | Car modification world continues to experience growth in Surabaya. This is partlydemonstrated by the increased number of modifications to the car club members or thenumber of consumers who come in several modifications to the car repair shop in Surabaya.Real Racing is one company engaged in the modification of thecar who saw opportunity inthe market and intend to expand business and open a showroom for car modification and alsosell a wide range of equipment modifications. This study aims to conduct feasibility analysisReal Racing business investment in terms ofmarket aspects, technical aspects, legal aspects,management aspects and financial aspects.For the purpose of extracting the data is determined 333 people as respondents in thestudy in which respondents determination technique using the purposive sampling method.Regardless of the respondents also collect other data such as data modifications clubmembers, making the data TDP, IUI and NPWP, the needs of employment data, wage data,the data workshop equipment, bank interest data, tax data, and inflation data. Once data iscollected and analyzed data.The analysis showed that the view of the market aspects, legal aspects, technicalaspects and management aspects of the Real Racing worthy investment. For the financialaspects, of the three conditions thatexist under normal conditions, the conditions best andworst conditions, it is known that the best conditions and normal conditions for running aviable business, while the worst business conditions is not feasible when judged from thepayback period, NPV,IRR and PI. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Dunia modifikasi mobil terus mengalami perkembangan di Surabaya. Hal ini antaralain ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan jumlah anggota klub modifikasi mobil ataupun jumlahkonsumen yang datang pada beberapa bengkel modifikasi mobil di Surabaya.Real Racingmerupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang modifikasi mobil yang melihatadanya peluang yang ada di pasar dan berniat untuk melakukan ekspansi bisnis dan membukashowroomuntuk modifikasi mobil dan juga menjual berbagai macam perlengkapanmodifikasi. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kelayakan investasi usahaRealRacingyang ditinjau dari aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek hukum, aspek manajemen danaspek keuangan.Untuk keperluan penggalian data ditentukan333 orang sebagai responden dalampenelitian dimana teknik penentuan responden menggunakan metodepurposive sampling.Selain dari responden dikumpulkan juga data lain sepertidata anggota klub modifikasi, datapembuatan TDP,IUIdan NPWP, data kebutuhan tenaga kerja, data UMR, data peralatanbengkel, data bunga bank, data pajak, dan data inflasi. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian datadianalisis.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dilihat dari aspek pasar, aspek hukum, aspekteknis dan aspek manajemen investasiReal Racinglayak. Untuk aspek keuangan, dari ketigakondisi yang ada yaitu kondisi normal, kondisi terbaik dan kondisi terburuk, dapat diketahuibahwa kondisi terbaik dan kondisi normal bisnis layak untuk dijalankan, sementara itu padakondisi terburuk bisnistidaklayak apabila dinilai daripayback period, NPV, IRRdan PI. | en_US |
