| dc.description | This project report explores two characteristic of entrepreneur, namely passion and calculated risk taking that were experienced by the researcher while operating iCell between the period of third semster to seventh semester. iCell is the researcher’s business that sells handphones, accessories and services. This research will explore the effect and role of passion and calculated risk taking in developing a bussiness.This report will explain the history of iCell, notable events and the researcher’s personal reflection and also analyze the connection between entrepreneuship characters of passion and calculated risk taking. This research will also explain the problems experienced by the researcher while developing iCell. The results from this report show that passion and calculated risk taking have positive effect in helping the researcher develops iCell in every semester. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Laporan project ini mengeksplorasi dua karakter entrepreneurship, yaitu passion dan calculated risk taking yang dialami oleh peneliti selama menjalankan usaha iCell pada periode semester tiga hingga semester tujuh. Usaha iCell adalah usaha milik peneliti yang bergerak dalam bidang perdagangan handphone, aksesoris dan jasa. Dalam laporan ini akan dieksplorasi pengaruh dan peran dari passion dan calculated risk taking dalam mengembangkan suatu usaha. Laporan ini akan menjelaskan sejarah berdirinya iCell, kejadian penting dan refleksi pribadi peneliti dan menganalisa hubungan dari karakter entrepreneurship passion dan calculated risk taking. Penelitian ini juga akan menjelaskan masalah yang dialami peneliti dalam mengembangkan usaha iCell. Hasil dari laporan project ini menemukan bahwa passion dan calculated risk taking berpengaruh secara positif dalam membantu peneliti mengembangkan usaha iCell dalam tiap semester. | en_US |
