| dc.description | Competition in breeding business creates a problem in Kwek-Kwek Duck Ranch. This study aims to investigate and determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of Kwek-Kwek Duck Ranch. Variables used in this study are the physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), empathy (X5) as independent variables and consumer satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable. The population is the middleman There are 33 middlemen at Kwek-Kwek Duck Ranch. The samples are taken by using simple random sampling method of 30 respondents. | dc.description.abstract | Persaingan dalam usaha peternakan menimbulkan masalah pada Peternakan Bebek Kwek-Kwek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Peternakan Bebek Kwek-Kwek. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2), daya tanggap(X3), jaminan (X4), empati (X5) sebagai variabel bebas dan Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah tengkulak Peternakan Bebek Kwek-Kwek sebanyak 33 tengkulak. Sampel yang diambil dengan metode simple random sampling sebanyak 30 reponden. Data diambil dengan cara kuisoner yang diukur dengan skala Likert dan dioleh menggunakan program SPSS versi 17 dengan metode regresi berganda. | en_US |
