dc.description.abstractThis thesis is written to fulfill the academic requirement to get the Bachelor Degree of Economy in Tourism and Hotel Management Ciputra University. This thesis will discuss about value of organic food product in organic food restaurant D’ Natural, to meet consumers’ needs in Surabaya. D’ Natural restaurant is a restaurant with small shop that sells few kinds of organic foods, beverages, spices, and dairy products. This restaurant also process and packaged the products differently from the way to process non – organic products. There are many Surabaya citizens that start to living healthy by consuming organic food. Most of those people are consumers of D’ Natural Organic Restaurant. According to that fact, the writer is attracted to analyze the value of organic food for consumers and how this food fulfills consumers need in Surabaya. The writer will analyze whether the organic food in this restaurant processed to fulfill consumers needs.en_US
