| dc.description | The illustrations in the book or the cover in the book have the intention to explain the contents of the book. Popular fantasy novels like The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, have illustrations from book covers to book contents. The novel 'Alpheratz Chronicle: Guide to an Uprising' is one of the novels inspired by popular fantasy novels. But 'Alpheratz Chronicle: Guide to an Uprising' does not yet have a visual for the book to be marketable. Therefore, in order for the original novel 'Alpheratz Chronicle: Guide to an Uprising' to be more acceptable and attractive in the eyes of readers, a visualization design for the cover and contents of the novel 'Alpheratz Chronicle: Guide to an Uprising' was made by the illustration studio Twilight Ink Studio which will later be became the initial portfolio for Twilight Ink Studio. This study uses questionnaires and interviews with expert users who are proficient in this field and extreme users who frequently consume the product. The results of the questionnaires and interviews will determine what artstyle makes the original fantasy novel more interesting and whether the resulting prototype from the design meets the criteria to be a marketable book or not. Therefore, it is hoped that the results of the visualization design of the original novel 'Alpheratz Chronicle: Guide to an Uprising' are expected. | en_US |

Novel-novel fantasi populer seperti The Little Prince karya Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, Harry Potter karya J.K. Rowling memiliki ilustrasi mulai dari sampul buku hingga isi buku. Buku novel ‘Alpheratz Chronicle: Guide to an Uprising’ adalah salah satu buku novel yang terinspirasi oleh novel- novel fantasi populer. Tetapi ‘Alpheratz Chronicle: Guide to an Uprising’ belum memiliki visual untuk buku menjadi marketable. Maka dari itu, untuk buku novel original ‘Alpheratz Chronicle: Guide to an Uprising’ bisa lebih diterima dan menarik di mata pembaca, dibuatnya perancangan visualisasi cover dan isi novel ‘Alpheratz Chronicle: Guide to an Uprising’ oleh studio ilustrasi Twilight Ink Studio yang nantinya akan menjadi portofolio awal untuk Twilight Ink Studio. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan wawancara terhadap expert user yang mahir di bidang tersebut dan extreme user yang sering mengkonsumsi produk. Hasil dari kuesioner maupun wawancara akan menentukan artstyle apa yang membuat novel fantasi original menjadi lebih menarik dan apakah prototype hasil dari perancangan sudah memenuhi kriteria menjadi buku yang marketable atau tidak. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan hasil dari perancangan visualisasi buku novel original ‘Alpheratz Chronicle: Guide to an Uprising’. | en_US |
