| dc.description | This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of environmental performance, social performance, and governance disclosed by companies in sustainability reports and company annual reports on the performance of companies listed on the Sri-Kehati index from November 2019 to November 2021 for the period 2020 to 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample collection method in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 23 companies consisting of 6 financial companies and 17 non-financial companies listed on the Sri-Kehati index. The data analysis method in this study uses descriptive statistical analysis methods, classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression, which are processed using a statistical program, namely SPSS version 27 of 2020. The results of this study indicate that a company's environmental performance has a positive influence on company performance. Companies that can improve environmental performance well will affect company performance. Companies that can be responsible for environmental aspects can enhance economic development and improve company performance in the long term the social performance of a company does not affect the company's performance. when social performance has increased, the company's performance as measured using the ROA ratio has decreased but not significantly. social services also require costs for its implementation so that this will disrupt the company's finances. governance of a company does not affect the performance of the company. corporate governance has increased, the company's performance will also have increased but not significantly. The existence of good governance shows that companies that have complied with regulations regarding public company governance. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja lingkungan, kinerja sosial, dan tata kelola yang diungkapkan oleh perusahaan pada laporan keberlanjutan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks Sri-Kehati mulai November 2019 hingga November 2021 periode tahun 2020 hingga 2021 pada masa krisis pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 23 perusahaan yang terdiri dari 6 perusahaan keuangan dan 17 perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar pada indeks Sri-Kehati. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda, yang diolah menggunakan program statistika yaitu SPSS versi 27 tahun 2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja lingkungan suatu perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Perusahaan yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja lingkungan dengan baik maka akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Perusahaan yang dapat bertanggung jawab atas aspek lingkungan dapat meningkatkan pengembangan ekonomi dan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang kinerja sosial suatu perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. ketika kinerja sosial mengalami peningkatan, maka kinerja perusahaan yang diukur menggunakan rasio ROA mengalami penurunan tetapi tidak signifikan. sosial juga memerlukan biaya untuk pelaksanaanya sehingga hal ini akan mengganggu keuangan perusahaan. tata kelola suatu perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. tata kelola perusahaan mengalami peningkatan, maka kinerja perusahaan juga akan mengalami peningkatan namun tidak signifikan. Adanya tata kelola yang baik menunjukan bahwa perusahaan yang telah memenuhi regulasi mengenai tata kelola perusahaan terbuka | en_US |
