| dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted to analyze the effects of transformational
leadership style towards employee performance in CV. CopaGabana perfumery in
Gresik. CV. CopaGabana perfumery is a perfume company that was estabilished in
1989 by Mr.Akhsanuddin, that focuses on giving the best quality and affordable
price in all of its products. This research used factor analysis to analyze the factor
that arranged transformational leadership style. There were 4 factors of
Transformational Leadership style, Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation,
Intellectual Stimulation and Individualized Consideration. In order to collect the
data, the researcher distributed 50 questionaires to all of CopaGabana’s employee
that located in Gresik. Online questionnaires are distributed using 5-point Likert
Scale and are analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. Resulted that
Transformational Leadership factors, especially Inspirational Motivation and
Individualized Consideration has significant effects toward Employee Performance
in CV. CopaGabana perfumery Gresik. The other factors are considered to not
