Abstract
The research entitled “Feasibility Study of Broiler and Layer Chicken Breeding From Law, Market, Technical, Marketing, Management, and Finance Point of View” is a research feasibility study aimed to determine whether eligible broiler and layer chicken breeding business was run and developed further. This research was done after seeing the role of producer-owned livestock as a source of animal protein. The role of broiler and layer chicken as meat and egg-producing livestock commodities is reliable to serve the nutritional needs of animal protein. Development of the poultry industry, especially broiler and layer chicken are more prospective in the future. Joint venture between chicken egg and meat industries with fast food restaurants, processing industries that provide ready-to-cook products made from chicken meat and egg, and others industries which provide ready-to-eat products will increase. Broiler and layer chicken breeding are required to serve those demands. That is the reason that chicken breeding is very promising at this time and in the future. Result from this study is that the business of cattle farming feasible to set up and developed further.
