    Abstract
    Panca Exotika is officially established on March 15th 2011 as a company that engages in creative business of contemporary batik which combines batik and leather under the brand name of “EXOTIK” which stands for Extraordinary Batik. Based on the seven spirits of entrepreneurship from Ir Ciputra, this report emphasizes on opportunity creation and persistent characters implemented in Panca Exotika. The purpose of this report is to identify and evaluate opportunity creation and persistent characters in Panca Exotika's business development. The reporting method used is historical method with empirical and opinion-based data sources. The empirical data used is the historical data of Panca Exotika such as data sales, working contracts between Panca Exotika and external parties, financial statements, and historical activities with photos attached as evidences. Opinion-based research method is used because in delivering the data, the researcher uses personal opinion to explain and support the historical data used. This report is analyzed using content and participation analysis. Content analysis is used to analyze and observe the data source to identify whether opportunity creation and persistent characters affect Panca Exotika's business development. Participation analysis is used because the researcher is one of the members of Panca Exotika and participates directly in every process and development that takes place in Panca Exotika. This report is created per semester by emphasizing on the major events that happen, as well as the personal reflection from the researcher in relevant semesters. From the report, it can be concluded that opportunity creation and persistent characters play a major role in Panca Exotika's business development; and therefore, both opportunity creation and persistent characters have to be implemented in the business development.
