| dc.description | Bedjo's Porc Bistro Surabaya is a business engaged in Food and Beverage. The food they sell is food made from Pork Ribs where in running a food service business it is also very influential on guest satisfaction. This study was conducted to determine the role of the skills and knowledge of waiters and waitresses at Bedjo's Porc Bistro. This study uses a qualitative method. The research was conducted by using a stratified purposive sample method in which the data was collected using interview techniques. Based on the results of the interview, it was found that the skill and knowledge role of the waiter and waitress will greatly help the smooth operation of the bistro and greatly affect the bistro customer experience. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bedjo’s Porc Bistro Surabaya adalah usaha yang bergerak di bidang Food and Beverage. Makanan yang mereka jual adalah makanan berbahan dasar Pork Ribs dimana dalam menjalankan bisnis usaha makanan pelayanan atau service juga sangatlah berpengaruh terhadap kepuasaan tamu.
