dc.descriptionThis study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of electronic word of mouth on the intentions of staying and the decision to stay of tourists at Hotel Majapahit. In this study, electronic word of mouth acts as an independent variable, the decision to stay acts as a dependent variable, and the intentions in staying acts as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing online questionnaires to 140 respondents who have stayed at Hotel Majapahit. The data analysis technique in this study used a structural equalizing modeling (SEM) approach based on partial least squares (PLS). Based on the results of data processing using PLS, it can be concluded that electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on intentions in staying and decision to stay, and intentions in staying has a significant effect on decision to stay.en_US
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari electronic word of mouth terhadap minat menginap dan keputusan menginap wisatawan di Hotel Majapahit. Pada penelitian ini electronic word of mouth berperan sebagai variabel bebas, keputusan menginap berperan sebagai variabel terikat, dan minat menginap berperan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online 140 responden yang pernah menginap di Hotel Majapahit. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan structural equating modeling (SEM) yang berbasis partial least square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil olah data menggunakan PLS, dapat disimpulkan bahwa electronic word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menginap dan keputusan menginap, dan juga minat menginap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap.en_US
