| dc.description | This project report discusses on two of the seven characters of entrepreneurship, i.e. persistent and calculated risk taking that are experienced by researcher while operating iCell since the third semester until seventh semester. iCell is a business which is specialized in trading Apple products, accessories, and services. This research identifies the effect and the role of persistent and calculated risk taking in developing the business.
This report explains the history of iCell business, important experiences, and researcher’s personal reflection; thus, also analyze the connection from persistent and calculated risk taking characters. This research also elaborates the problems that are experienced by the researcher and the solution to solve those problems. The results from this report are found out that persistent and calculated risk taking positively affect toward the development of iCell business that has been done by the researcher. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Laporan project ini membahas dua dari tujuh karakter entrepreneurship, yaitu persistent dan calculated risk taking yang dialami oleh peneliti selama menjalankan usaha iCell sejak semester tiga hingga semester tujuh. iCell adalah usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang perdagangan produk Apple, aksesoris, dan jasa. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai pengaruh dan peran dari persistent dan calculated risk taking dalam mengembangkan suatu usaha.
Laporan ini akan menjelaskan sejarah perusahaan iCell, pengalaman penting, dan refleksi pribadi peneliti serta menganalisa hubungan dari karakter persistent dan calculated risk taking. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan masalah yang dihadapi peneliti dan solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Hasil dari laporan ini menemukan bahwa persistent dan calculated risk taking berpengaruh secara positif terhadap pengembangan usaha iCell yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. | en_US |
