| dc.description | Employees’ work productivity is important thing so that the company can
achieve the target and its goal. There are several factors of employees’ work
productivity that must be considered by the company so that employees’ work
productivity can be optimal to achieve company target.
The purpose of this research is to find out there is or no different of
employees’ work productivity at PT Lima Jaya Tunggal Tegal Besar Jember that is
reviewed from working period, education, age and residence distance. The sample
of this research is regular employees in production department that amount 70
people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique.
To find out different employees’ work productivity, it is done independent
sample t-test and one way ANOVA test. The result of this research is found there
is no different employees’ work productivity that is reviewed from working period,

| dc.description.abstract | Produktivitas kerja karyawan merupakan hal yang penting agar perusahaan
mencapai target serta tujuannya. Ada beberapa faktor produktivitas kerja karyawan
yang harus dipertimbangkan oleh perusahaan agar produktivitas kerja karyawan
bisa optimal untuk mencapai target perusahaan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya perbedaan
produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Lima Jaya Tunggal Tegal Besar Jember ditinjau
dari masa kerja, pendidikan, usia, dan jarak tempat tinggal. Sampel dari penelitian
ini adalah karyawan tetap di bagian produksi yang berjumlah 70 orang. Teknik
sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh.
Untuk mengetahui perbedaan produktivitas kerja karyawan dilakukan uji
independent sample t-test dan uji one way anova. Hasil dari penelitian ini
ditemukan tidak ada perbedaan produktivitas kerja karyawan ditinjau dari masa
kerja, pendidikan, usia dan jarak tempat tinggal | en_US |
