| dc.description | The Effect of Self-leadership on Entrepreneurial Performance with Self efficacy as Mediation Variable in 2018 IBM Students’ Business Project
The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of self-leadership on
entrepreneurial performance with self-efficacy that mediates the relationship in
2018 IBM students’ project business of Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. Leaders
have important role therefore CEO is used as criteria in selecting population.
The population in this research is CEO of 2018 IBM students’ project
business at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. To answer the problems in this research,
the writer uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) measuring instrument by using
PLS. The sampling technique is done using probability sampling technique by using
Slovin pattern to determine the number of samples. Data collection is by
distributing questionnaires that use Likert scale.
The results of this research indicate that 1) self-leadership affects positive
and significant on entrepreneurial performance 2) self-leadership affects and
significant on self-efficacy 3) self-efficacy affects positive and significant on
entrepreneurial performance 4) self-efficacy mediates the relationship of self -
leadership and entrepreneurial performance partially. | en_US |

Self-efficacy sebagai Variabel Mediasi di Project Business Mahasiswa IBM 2018
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-leadership
terhadap entrepreneurial performance dengan self-efficacy memediasi hubungan
tersebut di project business mahasiswa IBM 2018 Universitas Ciputra Surabaya.
Pemimpin memiliki peran penting maka digunakan CEO sebagai kriteria dalam
memilih populasi.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah CEO project business mahasiswa IBM
angkatan 2018 di Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. Untuk menjawab masalah dalam
penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan alat ukur Structural Equation Modelling
(SEM) dengan menggunakan bantuan PLS. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan
menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin
untuk menentukan jumlah sampel. Pengumpulan data dengan membagikan
kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) self-leadership berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial performance 2) self-leadership
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self-efficacy 3) self-efficacy
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial performance 4) self efficacy memediasi hubungan self-leadership dan entrepreneurial performance
