| dc.description | The Chocolate’s Gallery is a chocolate museum with a modern museum
concept. In the museum we can find a lot of information about chocolate such as
the history of chocolate, various type of cocoa and chocolate, many kinds of
chocolate statues with design Surabaya famous icon, and also many types of
chocolate making equipment and chocolate molds. All informations in this
museum will be designed attractively design so many people will be interested to
visit the museum. In addition, this museum also offers chocolate shop with open
kitchen concept. Visitors can see the chocolate making process and buy souvenirs
of The Chocolate’s Gallery.
The Chocolate’s Gallery will be built in the middle of town in Surabaya.
This location is chosen because it is one of the most crowded area in Surabaya
which usually passed by the citizen of Surabaya so it can be concluded that this is
a good location for build this museum.
The stater fund for build The Chocolate’s Gallery is Rp
3.350.000.000.000. The fund will be used for everything that is needed for open
this museum which include buy a land, building fee, furniture, materials,
equipments, decorating, promotion fee, and other expenses. All the fund
approximately will be back in cash after The Chocolate’s Gallery open for more

| dc.description.abstract | The Chocolate’s Gallery adalah museum coklat dengan konsep museum
modern, dimana di dalamnya terdapat berbagai informasi mengenai coklat.
Informasi yang dapat ditemukan dalam museum ini seperti sejarah coklat dunia,
berbagai jenis buah kakao, beraneka ragam jenis coklat, beragam patung coklat
yang berbentuk icon kota Surabaya, dan juga berbagai peralatan yang digunakan
untuk mengolah coklat. Semua informasi ini nantinya akan ditampilkan dengan
cara semenarik mungkin sehingga pengunjung tertarik untuk melihatnya. Selain
itu, museum ini juga menawarkan chocolate shop dengan konsep open kitchen
dan souvenir shop yang menjual berbagai merchandise The Chocolate’s Gallery
yang semuanya berkaitan dengan coklat.
The Chocolate’s Gallery akan dibangun di daerah Surabaya Pusat. Lokasi
ini dipilih karena pusat kota merupakan daerah yang banyak dilalui oleh
masyarakat sehingga dapat dikatakan daerah ini adalah daerah yang strategis dan
mudah dicapai oleh masyarakat Surabaya.
Modal untuk mendirikan The Chocolate’s Gallery sebesar Rp.
3.350.000.000.000 semua modal akan digunakan untuk pembukaan The
Chocolate’s Gallery Termasuk di dalamnya pembelian tanah, peralatan,
perlengkapan, bahan baku, biaya pembangunan museum, biaya promosi, biaya
notaris, serta kas awal. Modal tersebut akan dapat kembali setelah The
