| dc.description | A business will be successfuly run if it meets its feasibility study. Many
aspects can be used as a reference in a discussion on the feasibility study, but the
Base Camp Cookies Café is only focusing on the technical feasibility, operational
feasibility and economic feasibility. Technical feasibility covers the company
name and logo, company’s vision and mission, benefits, purpose and location.
Operational feasibility is including the labors, job description, operation
hours, recipe used as well as the product processing until its delivery. The
economic feasibility encompasses the initial investment, expenses, the
consolidated balance sheet, payback period calculation and followed by the net
present value calculation.
The purpose of this review to find out whether it's a good business to do,
besides that for business to have a clear and systematic way, so that when run it
does not have barriers. Based on the final calculation of net present value with a
positive result, then the business feasibility studies Base Camp Café Cookies
declared eligible to run. This review study aims to find out if the business worths
to do and to set a clear and systematic path of the business in order to minimalize
the barriers when running the business. Based on the net present value final
calculation in which results in a positive result, hereby the writer states that the

| dc.description.abstract | Suatu bisnis akan dijalankan jika memenuhi studi kelayakan dari bisnis
tersebut. Banyak aspek yang dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan pembahasan dalam
studi kelayakan, namun Base Camp Cookies café hanya meninjau dari kelayakan
teknis, kelayakan operasional, kelayakan ekonomi. Kelayakan teknis terdiri dari
logo dan nama perusahaan, visi dan misi, manfaat, tujuan dan lokasi.
Kelayakan operasional terdiri tenaga kerja, pembagian tugas kerja, jam
operasional, resep yang digunakan dan proses pembuatan produk hingga
penyampaian ke konsumen. Kelayakan ekonomi melingkupi hal biaya investasi
awal, biaya pengeluaran, laporan neraca, perhitungan payback period dan diikuti
perhitungan net present value.
Tujuan dari peninjauan ini untuk mengetahui apakah bisnis ini layak untuk
dilakukan, menentukan arah yang jelas serta sistematis guna meminimalkan
hambatan dalam menjalankan bisnis ini. Berdasarkan perhitungan akhir net
present value dengan hasil positif, maka penulis menyatakan bahwa studi
