| dc.description | This report aims to explore deeper into the two most prominent characters of entrepreneurship applied by the author, namely: persistence and teamwork, which were instrumental in conducting the Freezing Field business. Freezing Field is a business that is pioneered by the author and her colleagues and engages in the distribution of frozen seafood. This report discusses the period from which Freezing Field is established to the end of its five-semester development time, which takes place between the second to the sixth semester. Persistence is a character that refuses to give up after failures, while Teamwork demands cooperation in running a business in order to achieve the goals set. Both characters of entrepreneurship will be discussed per semester, are associated with the indicator, and fitted with a reflection from the author. Results show that both characters of entrepreneurship, namely: Persistence and Teamwork have a significant influence on the author in running the Freezing Field business. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Pelaporan ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam dua karakter dari entrepreneurship yang paling menonjol dalam diri penulis, yakni: persistence dan teamwork yang berperan penting dalam menjalankan bisnis Freezing Field. Freezing Field adalah usaha yang dirintis penulis dan kedua rekannya yang bergerak di bidang pendistribusian frozen seafood. Pelaporan ini membahas latar belakang dari berdirinya Freezing Field hingga perkembangan usahanya selama lima semester, yaitu dari awal semester dua hingga akhir semester enam. Karakter persistence merupakan karakter pantang berputus asa saat jatuh dalam kegagalan. Sedangkan karakter teamwork merupakan karakter yang mengedepankan kerja sama team dalam pelaksanaan usaha demi mencapai tujuan usaha. Kedua karakter entrepreneurship tersebut akan dibahas per semester, dikaitkan dengan indikator, dan dilengkapi dengan refleksi penulis. Kemudian dapat ditarik hasil pelaporan dimana kedua karakter entrepreneurship, yakni: persistence dan teamwork penulis berpengaruh besar dalam usaha Freezing Field. | en_US |
