    Abstract
    The nature of this research paper is historical. This research emphasizes on two entrepreneurial characters which are passion and market sensitivity, which has been persistently applied by researcher during running Classy&Co business, a fashion company which sell premium jewelry and fashion accessories being established since June 2011 . This research also discusses about definitions, benefits, aspects, and measurements, as well as factors that may affect passion and market sensitivity. In addition, this research also mentioned about company profile and important milestones being experienced by Classy&Co's owner along with the development of the business until the problems faced and solution made. Important milestones that take place in each semester will be associated with the previously mentioned characteristic of entrepreneurship i.e. market sensitivity and passion.This study will also analyze the extent of market sensitivity and passion own by the researcher as one of the Classy&Co’s owner in every important milestone. The result of this report shows that the role of market sensitivity and passion really affects the development of Classy&Co business.
