| dc.description | This study is entitled “The Analysis of Cash Management of Baumol and
Miller-Orr to The Batik Tjap Ndoro Company”. This study aimed to find out out
the most suitable method between Baumol and Miller-Orr to be implemented by
The Batik Tjap Ndoro Company, and to know the kind of investment that would
be made by The Batik Tjap Ndoro Company in accordance with its ability for
risk-taking.
The population of this study was all financial reports of the company’s
cash flow, and the sample taken was all cash flow reports from February 2011 to
December 2013. The data were gained through documentation data collection
method and were analyzed by using qualitative data analysis.
As for the result, it was found out that the Miller Orr method is more
suitable to be implemendted by The Batik Tjap Ndoro Company since the
company’s cash flow fluctuates. For the investment, it is advisable for The Batik
Tjap Ndoro Company to invest in ORI since its risk level is best suits the
company’s ability of risk-taking. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Manajemen Kas dengan Model Baumol
& Miller-Orr pada Perusahaan Batik Tjap Ndoro” yang bertujuan untuk
mengetahui metode manakah antara Baumol dan Miller Orr yang paling cocok
untuk diterapkan di perusahaan Tjap Ndoro serta mengetahui investasi apa yang
akan dilakukan sesuai dengan kemampuan Tjap Ndoro dalam mengambil resiko.
Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan arus kas perusahaan
Tjap Ndoro, dan sampelnya adalah laporan arus kas periode Februari 2011 hingga
Desember 2013. Pengumpulan menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan
menggunakan model analisis data kualitatif.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa metode Miller Orr lebih cocok
diterapkan di perusahaan Tjap Ndoro dikarenakan arus kas perusahaan yang
berfluktuasi. Sedangkan untuk investasi, perusahaan disarankan untuk
berinvestasi di ORI yang tingkat resikonya sesuai dengan kemampuan perusahaan
dalam pengambilan resiko. | en_US |
