| dc.description | This project report addresses two entrepreneur characters, which are market sensitivity and persistence, that are applied by the author in running POSH Fashion Bagstore. POSH Fashion Bagstore is a distributor of fashion and woven bags in Surabaya. POSH was established in June 2011. This project report aims to determine the role, function, and impact of market sensitivity and persistence in the development of the author’s business. This report also describes the profile and history of POSH in terms of important events and development process. This report contains the discussions from each semester and the author’s personal reflection. These discussions will be analyzed against the indicators of market sensitivity and persistence characters, according to the development of POSH. The final results show that the entrepreneur characters of market sensitivity and persistence play an important role in POSH Fashion Bagstore company. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Laporan project ini membahas dua karakter entrepreneur yaitu market sensitivity dan persistent yang dilakukan oleh penulis pada POSH Fashion Bagstore. POSH Fashion Bagstore merupakan perusahaan distributor tas fesyen dan tas anyam di Surabaya. POSH berdiri sejak bulan Juni 2011 hingga sekarang. Laporan project ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran, fungsi, dan dampak dari karakter entrepreneur yaitu market sensitivity dan persistent dalam pengembangan usaha yang dijalankan penulis. laporan ini menceritakan profil dan sejarah POSH yang dimulai dari kejadian penting serta proses perkembangannya. Pembahasan laporan terdiri dari pembahasan tiap semester dan refleksi penulis dari setiap pengalaman yang dilewati. Setiap pembahasan yang dilakukan akan dikaitkan dengan indikator karakter entrepreneur yaitu market sensitivity dan persistent yang dilihat dari proses perkembangan POSH. Hasil akhir laporan menunjukkan bahwa karakter market sensitivity dan persistent memiliki peran penting dalam perusahaan POSH Fashion Bagstore. | en_US |
