| dc.description | This report emphasizes on two characters of entrepreneur, Persistence
and High Ethical Standard. The two characters are applied by the researcher
while running Bread Ambassador. Bread Ambassador is a distributor of bread
material, cake material, and ornament tart. This report indicates the role, the
function, and the impact of the two characters in the business that the author runs.
This report also disrobes the history of the company, various important
experience, business profile, and other processes and executions that take place
since the establishment of the business. The discussion in this report is arranged
into several chapters. The report mainly consists of discussions and reflections
drawn from the entire experience. Discussions conducted in this report are
associated with the role of the entrepreneurial characters of Persistence and High
Ethical Standard and are based on the development of Bread Ambassador. The
result of this research also indicates that Persistence and High Ethical Standard
play an important role in Bread Ambassador’s development in the past and in the

Ehtical Standard yang dialami oleh penulis selama menjalankan perusahaan
Bread Ambassador. Bread Ambassador adalah distributor bahan-bahan roti, kue
dan ornamenttart wilayah Indonesia Timur khususnya JawaTimur. Pelaporan ini
menunjukan peran dari karakter Persistence dan High Ethical Standard yang
dialami Bread Ambassador khususnya penulis. Pelaporan ini juga menceritakan
sejarah tentang berdiri, perjalanan perusahaan, proses, dan pertumbuhannya
hingga saat ini. Pelaporan ini disusun dalam beberapa bab yang berisikan
pembahasan tiap semester beserta refleksi penulis yang diambil dari pengalamanpengalaman
yang telah terjadi. Setiap pembahasan berhubungan dengan peran
karakter Persistence dan High Ethical Standard yang dilihat dari pertumbuhan
Bread Ambassador. Hasil pelaporan ini menunjukan bahwa karakter Persistence
dan High Ethical Standard memiliki peranan penting dalam pertumbuhan Bread
