THE ROLE OF PASSION AND HIGH ETHICAL STANDARD CHARACTERS IN ROLE OF PANCA EXOTIKA'S CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Abstract

This report focuses on two characters of entrepreneurship, which is passion and high ethical standard. Both characters become the guidance for the writer while managing Panca Exotika business. Panca Exotika is a creative industry business focused on combination of Batik and leather product such as fashion bag and merchandises. Here the role of writer as Panca Exotika’s CEO is to responsible for leading the business to reach desirable goals, build a strong relation between all co-workers, and personally involved at co-worker’s job activity to support their performance. This report is conducted by doing historical discussion which recounts significant events experienced by the writer each semester in Panca Exotika business. Each incident will be addressed in accordance with passion and high ethical standard character theories, and then reflected towards writer’s role as CEO of Panca Exotika. The result of this project report shows the role of passion and high ethical standard characters in author’s role as Panca Exotika CEO.
