| dc.description.abstract | THE IMPACT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP,ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING, AND TRAININGTOWARDS ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE OFSTUDENTORGANIZATIONS IN UNIVERSITAS CIPUTRA
As student organizations have changed their members in a short period oftime, it becomes a problem for the organizations to maintain or even increase theirorganizational performance as most of the experienced memberswill leave theorganization after their service period ends. This research aims to discover whethertransformational leadership, organizational learning, and training are significantlyaffecting the organizational performance within the student organizations inUniversitas Ciputra. The research used a quantitative approach and multipleregression analysis. The samples used for this research are the students ofUniversitas Ciputra who serve as the active functionaries of both Student CouncilUniversitas Ciputra (SCUC) and Student Representative Board Universitas Ciputra(SRBUC) for the academic period of 2018/2019. The data was collected from 47valid samples by means of questionnaires. The analysis of the data was conductedvia IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The findings of the research are that: the threeindependent variables have positive relationships towards the organizationalperformance; transformational leadership does not significantly affect theorganizational performance; both organizational learning andtraining aresignificantly affecting the organizational performance; student organizations aresuggested to prioritize organizational learning and training over transformationalleadership in order to significantly increase the organizational performance. | en_US |
